We use your information to provide and improve our platform, including managing your bookings and memberships, sending appointment confirmations and reminders, processing your subscription payments, communicating important platform updates, and responding to your inquiries and support requests. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission, secure cloud hosting, and regular security monitoring. While no system is completely impervious, we take every reasonable precaution to keep your information safe.
If you are a barber or shop owner using our platform, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your clients before entering their information into the system. Client booking and membership data you enter is used solely to provide the services you have requested. We do not contact your clients independently or use their information for any purpose outside of delivering the platform services to you.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your preferences (such as language and theme settings). We may use analytics tools to understand how our platform is used so we can improve it. These tools collect anonymous usage data and do not identify you personally.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for 90 days in case you choose to reactivate. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted upon request. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@thebarbershophub.com.
